By using this website, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Purpose of the website
This website is the responsibility of Clínica Dentária Neodente, Lda. (Neodente) and is intended to present the clinic, the team and its areas of practice, and to make it easier to get in touch and book appointments.
2. Appointment requests
Requests sent through the website, WhatsApp or email are not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is only booked once our team has confirmed the date and time with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as far in advance as possible.
3. Quotes and prices
The website does not display prices. The quote for each treatment is given after a clinical assessment, as needs and options vary from patient to patient.
4. Published information
We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may change without prior notice. Clinical content is general information and does not replace an appointment. Neodente accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of this information.
5. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logo and other content on this website belong to Neodente or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission. The logos of insurers and health networks belong to their respective owners.
6. Links to other websites
The website includes links to external services, such as Google Maps, Google reviews or WhatsApp. Neodente is not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
7. Patient reviews
The reviews shown on the website are published by patients themselves on Google and reflect their personal experience. They can be read in full on Neodente's Google profile.
8. Personal data
The processing of data collected through the website is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Without prejudice to the use of alternative dispute resolution, the courts of the district of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
